To upgrade your Settler's Camp, you will need Supplies.
You can obtain them by completing quests that are given from NPC's.
At the bottom of your base, you'll find a Campfire. Tapping on it will open up a menu providing you details of what you unlocked. You can also tap your Camp Level in the top left corner of your screen
