The Runic offers are unfortunately not something we control directly. If you are missing rewards from completing offers, try opening the 'Missing Runic?' button at the bottom of the offer.
You can find this by navigating to the 'In Progress' tab of the offers page, and then by tapping on the ad offer that you are experiencing issues with.
Any 'pending' status on rewards means that the advertiser (the app which grants the Runic in exchange for the installation) has not yet marked these offers completed. The best you can do is ensure that you have completed the offers, e.g.: opened the apps with an active internet connection or completed any requirement in the offer text. Eventually these advertisers will approve the offers and the Runic will be granted automatically.
