If you have a valid save file in the Cloud (progress is auto-saved to the cloud), you can follow these steps below:
- Force close PickCrafter from any multi-tasking area on your device
- Ensure you have an active and working internet connection
- Launch PickCrafter fresh and let it sit for at least 30secs, your save progress may be auto-restored.
If this does not work... Try the next steps:
- Uninstall PickCrafter
- Re-download and install PickCrafter
- Ensure you have an active and working internet connection
- Launch PickCrafter fresh and let it sit for at least 30secs, your save progress may be auto-restored.
If both of these do not work, please send us an email to support@pickcrafter.com with details about what happened and what you see when you try these steps. Please be sure to provide your Player ID from the Social menu.
