If you have a valid save file in the Cloud (progress is auto-saved to the cloud), you can follow these steps below.

  1. Force close PickCrafter from any multitasking area on your device
  2. Ensure you have an active and working internet connection
  3. Launch PickCrafter fresh and let it sit for at least 30 seconds, your save progress may be auto-restored


If this does not work... Try the next steps:

  1. Uninstall PickCrafter
  2. Re-download and install PickCrafter
  3. Ensure you have an active and working internet connection
  4. Launch PickCrafter fresh and let it sit for at least 30 seconds, your save progress may be auto-restored


If both of these do not work, please email us at support@pickcrafter.com with details about what happened and what you see when you try these steps. Also provide your Player ID from the bottom of the Social menu.
