You can check your Inventory menu to see blocks you've collected.
Each resource you have received is listed in a drop menu for each Biome. Or you can try searching in each Biome for a specific block. Blocks are tied to their Biomes. Chests also drop every type of block, but there is no guarantee which one will show up.
