As long as you have unlocked Idle: Idle Hopper in the Skill Tree, you will collect resources (blocks) when the PickCrafter app is closed. When you resume, you will gain idle rewards. You can upgrade your Hopper in the Skill Tree to gain blocks faster while PickCrafter is running in the background.
